Refund and Cancellation

At CognitoBox ™ , we thrive to deliver best quality products by doing extensive research and quality control.
That’s the reason why we have very limited cancellation and refund options available for our customers.

A. Cancellation

Customers can opt to cancel the orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order once shipped cannot be canceled.

If the order is canceled in a stipulated timeline, customers will get an Adjusted refund (Paid amount – Payment gateway charges). The Payment gateway charges as of now are 2.36% of the amount incl taxes.

  • Refunds will be done to customers’ original payment instruments.
  • Refunds will take around 1-2 days to process at our end.
  • Refunds will be reflected in customers bank or card statements within 7 banking days.
  • For Cancellation request, kindly send us an email on sales@cognitobox.com within 24 hours of placing order.

 

B. Refund

Sadly we do not offer Refund or Exchange on any of our orders. As we are in the business of delivering specially curated items, all our product goes through a very strict and thorough quality testing before shipping, hence the possibility of the product defect or damage is minimal.

Since every product is made with high quality materials and keeping child safety in mind, it is not possible for us to process the refund for the change of heart.

C. Defective or missing products

In certain unfortunate events where you receive a defective product (by our fault or by accident in handling the product in transit) we surely consider the request and on a case to case basis replace the product with a brand new product of the same price.

All our game boxes are made of a huge number of components. We have a very streamlined process of assembling each and every box. With every box you will also receive a quality check sheet which is verified by our fulfillment team that every big or tiny component is packed and shipped in the box.

However, in any case, if a customer finds that certain pieces are missing from the game box, we will surely take that request under consideration. We will check the quality control datasheets at our end and if found any error, we will supply those remaining items at no extra cost to the customer.

As a fair usage policy, we will request our customers not to exploit these terms in event of certain pieces being missing while playing or pieces torn. To minimize the risk, we will limit the requesting time to 3 working days from the delivery date.
